Abstract
En el presente trabajo nos proponemos mostrar la función metadiscursiva que tiene el principio hermenéutico de la Wirkungsgeschichte (trabajo de la historia) sobre el acto de la comprensión como hecho primario de la facticidad dentro de la estructura argumentativa de la obra Wahrheit und Methode. Para ello nos centraremos en la diferencia que establece Gadamer entre su trabajo filosófico y la hermenéutica romántica de Schleiermacher y Dilthey y en su distanciamiento de la concepción metódica moderna de la verdad.STOA is a biannual publication edited by the Institute of Philosophy of the Universidad Veracruzana, Tuxpan, No. 29, Frac.
