Abstract
This paper offers an understanding of the human vulnerability experienced during old age in the dimensions of the inhabited space, problematized by the real estate crisis and access to housing. The thesis that is proposed is that the little to no access and maintenance of the homes for older adults increases or generates a state of vulnerability.
