Abstract
The present work seeks to present, in summary, a proposed vision of the process of reception of texts and the philosophical-legal debate in Brazil, its limits, gaps and appropriations, distinguishing them from what happened in Argentina. For these purposes, an attempt will be made to show the particularity of the production of Brazilian works in recent decades, those that deal with the uses of Robert Alexy's thought, especially on the case of the “Mauerschützen”. It will be perceived that said Brazilian production is linked to the publication in Argentina of a reference work in the area.
